Phone Banking  Officer  at  Kotak Mahindra Bank for both Inbound and Outbound Processes (the exact date and venue we will inform later). These Telebanking  Officers will be based at Thane hence we require candidates who are residing in/near Thane (it is a necessary condition) or candidates should be willing to travel to Thane on daily Basis.

JOB ROLE OF TEAM MEMBER CARDS OUTBOUND

  • Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
  • Calling Credit cards customers for various service and sales related campaigns.
  • Targets on conversions and cross selling.
  • Cross selling of various bank products.
  • Ensure customer “delight” and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.

JOB ROLE OF TEAM MEMBER INBOUND RETAIL LIABILITIES

  • To Attend the inbound calls of customers in Retail Liabilities and process the queries & requests to customer’s satisfaction
  • To identify and convert the opportunities for cross selling (banking product) on customer’s call
  • Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
  • Ensure customer “delight” and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.
  • Complete the logs specified by the process (End-of-day target)
  • Adherence to Information Security norms & quality process norms.
  • To be aware of and comply with any updates about the process
  • Act on the feedback given by Team Leader/Team Coach or Quality or on the coaching provided to the team as guidelines for improving performance

JOB REQUIREMENTS OF TEAM MEMBER INBOUND RETAIL LIABILITIES

  • Flexible to get scattered 8 Week Offs in a month with 9hours shift (For Females: 7AM till 8PM)

JOB COMPENSATION

  • CTC WILL BE UPTO 1.7 Lacs p.a.+incentives+Benefits
  • Grade will be Assistant Manager.

HIRING CRITERIA

  • The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The candidate’s age should not be more than 32 Years.
  • The candidate should be residing in Thane or nearby areas or should be willing to travel to Thane on daily basis.
  • The candidate should be willing to work flexible 9 hours shift.
  • Once hired the Tele Banking Officer will be entitled two weekly offs one fixed Sunday off and other rotational off. (For Team Memebers Card Outbound)
  • Once hired the Tele banking Officer will have  Rotational shifts with two rotational weekly offs – prefer male candidates willing to work night shifts as well.( For Team MembersInbound Retail Liabilities).
  • The candidate must have secured 60% marks in Graduation.
  • Once selected the candidate will be charged one months salary if he/she leaves the job in four months.
